The manager of this company reminds me of an absentee landlord. He is non responsive, does not follow thru, does not communicate in a meaningful fashion and seems to be busy every but here. There is little sense in requesting either by phone or email as results or action seldom follows. Do not recommend.
Terribly rude manager that does nothing to enforce rules. Treats people like dirt.
For the love of God and all things good and holy, DO NOT move to a property maintained by this useless company if you can help it. The HOUSING ASSICIATION that they FORCE up on their residents is useless and does NOTHING but prevent you from doing ANYTHING with your property, on your property, or around your property. They CHARGE YOU $100 to get a parking permit for your OWN spot?
