I love BayLobsters. The fish is the freshest, even when you walk in, the smell is amazing. The soups, the swordfish fingers, Lobster mac n cheese balls, etc., all the things they make are delicious. As far as the service, you just dont find service like this at many places. The staff are all very friendly and answer all my questions.
First in response to TRUN, I believe you are a former employee hiding his identity. However, in case you are not, you apparently have not been in for a while. We are doing all kinds of cool stuff. For a few examples: we now have different hot soup every day or two (to name a few: scallop soup, crab mushroom bisque, fish creole soup, spicy shrimp and black bean soup), we have changed the menu around and added some fabulous new meal items, we are also doing more prepared items like Lobster Mac-n-Cheese Poppers that are better ... read more
Went downhill after they changed management...just not the same. The Captain guy doesnt have half the brain as the old Manager/Chef Jeff did. Fresh fish, but looks elsewhere if you are looking for good customer service...and someone tell the old lady to actually smile.

Great Fresh Fish – The only place I go to get my seafood. The owner is a very nice young man and full of knowledge. He goes out of his way to make sure we get exactly what we like. My only complaint may be his parents. I know they are trying to help and give him a day or two off,but when they run the store, I leave confused . Maybe teach them some customer service or just close the store a couple days a week. They aren't helping grow the business. The best day for me to go is usually Friday or Saturday. I bought very expensive filets from this store and they were not fresh. It took a week to get the smell out of my house.
In my experience, the customer service is excellent and the seafood is always fresh.
