Nicole is the best service writer always has taken great care of me and my truck
I took my 2021 Expedition in to have it serviced (oil, tire rotation, air filters) after purchasing it down at Brandon Ford. I chose to have it done at the Lincoln dealership due to past negative visits at Auto Nation. Nicole was my service adviser and she was amazing! Excellent customer service along with the girl at the cashier window (sorry I didn’t get your name). Unless I’m down in Tampa, I will be having all my service and warranty visits completed at Bay. You guys rock! 5 stars for sure!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS!! At this point idc who knows it. I bought a 2023 Ram back in May 2025 and its been in the shop pretty much once a month every since I bought it. I have been told all sorts of things. Software problems,emissions problems, ect. I brought it in for the driver side "power" seat and they had it all week for a switch I called every day because they weren't calling me and I come pick it up today only to be told I have to bring it back Monday. They had it from Tuesday to Friday over a power seat switch.... read more
