One of their workers accidentally shot a rock at my car window with their lawn mower which shattered the glass. Within a few hours Bay Landscaping had already had someone come inspect my glass and ordered a replacement. It took them slightly longer than expected to get it replaced due to there being a delay in the delivery of the new glass, so they even gave me a $50 visa gift card to make up for it. They were so kind and very fast at responding!
Great company with fantastic customer service!
This landscaping company was cutting the grass at my apartment complex. I was sitting in the car, and I saw their worker with my own two eyes fall into my vehicle with a blower on his back. When I got out of the car I saw a dent and tried to say something to the worker, he did not speak English. I told my landlord and they gave me the owners number.
