For the second time the flower bed is uprooted. Both times the plants were about 2 feet tall and about to bloom. I don’t understand why but understand that this review will not be removed

We have assigned parking at my apartments, my car gets sprayed weekly with grass from a weedwacker (I have video of this) when I asked the supervisor what we can do to not pelt my vehicle with grass and dirt he told me to park somewhere else... so who do I write the invoice to for the chips in my paint? Or should my attorney send them over?
