I hate leaving negative reviews, but I came across these reviews and decided to add mine as I am very disappointed with the hidden poor quality from Bay Kitchens. I had them refit my laundry a few years ago. They removed the old sink, but I recently had to remove some of their cabinets to adjust for a new dryer. The new installer discovered that Bay Kitchens had simply placed their new cabinetry over an unpatched hole from the old sink pipe, a sink that they had removed.This made me wonder why the laundry was always so cold!... read more
While the quoting process was straightforward, I was disappointed with the advice provided regarding materials. They informed me that vinyl wrap and 2-pac cabinet finishes would last the exact same amount of time. After getting further quotes and doing my own research, I found out this isn't accurate 2-pac is a much more durable, higher quality finish that resists kitchen heat and moisture far better long term.
