I dropped my car off to replace a flat tire and was able to leave it there for a few hours while I finished running my errands for the day. After I left I totally forget to mention that I needed some new lug nuts. The gentlemen and bay hundred were caring enough to just go ahead and order them for me so they could replace them on Monday. Although I was unable to stay I can see that it would’ve been comfortable for me with complimentary beverages and Halloween candy! Everyone was also very nice. Thanks so much!!!

I love Bay Hundred Auto! Everytime I have an issue, no matter how small Shane and Jayme take care of my car immediately. I know that I will be taken care of and not be ripped off! They are honest & trustworthy. Bay Hundred is a small town shop that takes care of their own.
I have been having car issues for about a month and a half. I decided to take my car to Bay Hundred Automotive last week. They were very quick to diagnose what was going on even though the test drive was normal! They were also very quick to get my car fixed, and drove it 2 more times to make sure the problem was taken care of. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank You!
