Our experience was horrible. We waited 3 months for one curtain for a bedroom window. On the specified delivery date, which Bay Home & Window had set itself, no curtains arrived. We gave Bay Home & Window 2 more days. Then, frustrated that no curtain had arrived and not so much as a call or apology email, we called the company. Love my shutters, can't wait for my closet – So Bay Home and Window came out to give us an estimate on Plantation shutters for our living room. We were so blown away by the wealth of information provided and the pricing that instead of just doing one room, we had them do the entire house. A few weeks later, they came to install them. WOW.
