Aaron is the best! He has been professional, patient and kind, even though I had difficulty getting the right fitting mask and getting my machine settings right. My last attempt with a previous company was a fail and I had given up for years until I finally decided to try one more time. I don’t think I would have followed through without Aaron’s positive encouragement and persistent in getting it just right, but I’m so glad I did, because I’m finally able to sleep through the night for the first time in years.

From the beginning, Bay Home Medical Equipment has been extremely helpful. Aaron fitted Charlie for his CPAP, and explained all aspects very carefully. He provided us with written information to tell us how to maintain the equipment, and explained the importance of hours used to maintain insurance coverage of the equipment. Just recently we lost the face mask attachment. Aaron was able to get us one and then help us arrange for the replacement of the old parts. I used this location to receive my CPAP machine but their “corporate office” keeps calling to “offer a discount” on the copay. Mind you I haven’t received a bill in the mail or a statement from my insurance, and this company wants my credit card information over the phone. I told them it seems sketchy and unprofessional that they quote different copays depending on who calls and was told “yeah whatever”.
