Second crown prep this week with Dr. Gens, Chenelle , and staff. Again, a very positive experience. Since I am an anxious patient with a Vertigo history and a small mouth, I require patience and compassion. Dr. Gens and staff are wonderful with me. I really appreciate their care. The bright new, more private procedure rooms are great!

As a recent transfer to this dental practice , I was so impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere all staff members provided. I came with a set of dental problems that were quickly diagnosed and addressed. Dr. Gens uses a myriad of technology and the latest equipment to insure patient diagnosis and treatment. Although not a fan of dental work, this was better than I've ever experienced. I love them!!! They always go above and beyond what the “normal dentist office” does. The extra care and placing you at ease is priceless. Every time I go in it’s like I am catching up with my family. Going to the dentist can be nerve racking, but they take all the guessing games out. Everyone is so friendly and the vibe there is positive. You can tell the people who work there really enjoy their job! This day in age that seems hard to find. After neglecting my teeth for many years I feel very lucky to have chosen Bay Hills Dentistry and Dr Gens. He was so helpful in deciding what needed to be done and explaining everything. His staff was very friendly and professional. If anyone is apprehensive about going to the dentist I highly recommend Dr Gens and Bay Hills Dentistry

Dr. Gens did a lovely job, very personable. I have some anxiety and he and his staff could not have been more understanding, offering me headphones (why didn’t it occur to me I could bring some?), during an appointment for a filing revision and a new cavity filling. His technique to administer Novocain was superb (no lie, didn’t feel insertion of the needle and no pressure from the injection).
