I just need to take a moment to share the amazing kindness that this place has. They only saw my puppy once (unfortunately she was very sick and didn’t make it), but they took the time to each sign and send me a personalized condolence card. They are nothing short of amazing!

I have to take the time to say how kind and caring they are here at Bay Hills Animal Hospital. I had an emergency situation with my old mastiff and they took us in as new clients that day to help him. They were exceptionally kind, and knowledgeable. The girl who took our call was also so nice to us. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I’m very impressed with them.
Just started here and so far they have been so so very good to our pups.
OK so here’s the deal folks. When I walk into a vet clinic for the first time and my new vet gets on the floor to greet my dog before the even saying hello to me shows me the compassion they have for animals. So grateful to find a new vet in my area that loves Buddy as much as I do. Plus not having to wait three days for blood tests OMG out of this world! And bonus... the staff is friendly and Understanding towards our needs. Highly recommend this place
Since moving to Annapolis I never found the right vet for my fur baby until now. Today was our first experience with Bay Hills and we were very please with the care that our sweet fur baby received. This was a very hard appointment because our sweet girl is sick and does not have much time left but everyone in the office made a fuss over her and said that she was so sweet. The care that was given to our sweet girl was exceptional. We also felt that bill was very fair. We would highly recommend this vet to anyone looking.
