I highly recommend Bay Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs. My unit was leaking, and since I live in a condo, I didn't want the leak to increase and affect the unit below. The receptionist made scheduling quick and easy. I received same day service, which is just the best! The service tech was on time, respectful, and professional. He was to the route of the problem in no time. He fixed my problem with what he had with him. No expensive fix required, and my leak has never come back. Horribly, horribly overpriced. $96 just to come out and "diagnose" another $96 to install a part (in total was here for 15 minutes) and $325 for a part that averages half of that. Will not recommend these guys unfortunately.

Dont use this outfit! For a $12.99 capacitor I was charged $147.50 for the part, and that did not include labor. The answer I got when questioning is that it was made in the USA!
