Just ordered a new humidifier from Bay Heating and Air Conditioning, and even before installation I wanted to share a quick note of appreciation. Their estimator, Chris Shumney, has been fantastic — knowledgeable, practical, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a company that has been around this long and still prides itself on quality people and fair pricing. Chris and the Bay team make the whole experience feel easy and trustworthy. Highly recommend.
We had to replace our cooling system within the house. We made a few calls. By far, Bay Heating and Air Conditioning won the bid from start to finish. My call was answered immediately and Chris, their project manager, was at our house and assessing the situation within the hour. He discussed options and then sent them as a quote. My service person Carl arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job evaluating and repairing my furnace issues. I think the price was very reasonable as well. I would 100% recommend and would also utilize Bay furnace for any future needs.
Chris is an amazing technician. He thoroughly examined my problem and explained a potential solution. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him for any and all service you need.
Great experience overall! Tani was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He had our heat fixed a couple hours after I called which was amazing considering the extremely cold temperatures we’ve been having and, the fact that I have two very young children. I was concerned about my house getting too cold but, it was not a problem thanks to this company. The pricing was reasonable and communication was clear from the start.
