Carl did a great job. He was willing to wait until I was available to meet him, which I appreciated. He was polite and took time to explain the potential problem and remedies. He also shared information on how our system works as we just purchased the house and were not familiar with all the features. Got the unit up and running.
Carl did great. Communicated everything I needed to know and got the A/C up and running the same day. Got the discount from the warranty plan too! Bay also acknowledged that the mechanical issue should have been caught at the recent inspection so they waived the show up fee without being asked. Thank you for doing the right thing!
We had an amazing experience with the replacement of our 20 + year old furnace. Jerry and Shawn are 2 Peas in a pod who work extremely well together they arrived on time, respectful of our property, very neat and you can tell that they have alot of knowledge and experience, both men answered all my questions (very professional) .I appreciated the clean up and removal of all old pieces and parts off of my property ( they vacuumed and swept I was truely impressed) I would recommend Bay heating and cooling to anyone.
