Dritan from Bay Furnace was wonderful. He arrived on time, was polite and professional. He explained the process for our diagnostic repair, was neat and efficient. Since our diagnostic was not typical, he called in a few of their young technicians to observe the repair process so they could gain some knowledge about our repair. Jose was very nice. Diagnosed problem and repaired quickly. Explained pricing and continuous protection plan clearly. Although after hours call is more money they have the option which most places did not offer. Very happy with my nice cool house!

Great experience overall! Tani was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He had our heat fixed a couple hours after I called which was amazing considering the extremely cold temperatures we’ve been having and, the fact that I have two very young children. I was concerned about my house getting too cold but, it was not a problem thanks to this company. The pricing was reasonable and communication was clear from the start.
