Logan was very professional and provided excellent communication throughout the process. I really appreciated the heads-up notice before arrival, which made scheduling easy. Great service all around. I highly recommend Bay Heating and Air!
Carl did great. Communicated everything I needed to know and got the A/C up and running the same day. Got the discount from the warranty plan too! Bay also acknowledged that the mechanical issue should have been caught at the recent inspection so they waived the show up fee without being asked. Thank you for doing the right thing!
We had an amazing experience with the replacement of our 20 + year old furnace. Jerry and Shawn are 2 Peas in a pod who work extremely well together they arrived on time, respectful of our property, very neat and you can tell that they have alot of knowledge and experience, both men answered all my questions (very professional) .I appreciated the clean up and removal of all old pieces and parts off of my property ( they vacuumed and swept I was truely impressed) I would recommend Bay heating and cooling to anyone. Logan (the service technician) was a wonderful and polite guy who did his work quickly and well. Gave me great advice on upkeep and was nice to my cat, what more can you ask for?
Jason and his team were outstanding. I am very pleased with the results and his care for the details. Plus it was 105 degrees out and they just fordge right through it. GREAT JOB!!. I will recommend them to anyone who ask. Thank You
