Great experience overall! Tani was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He had our heat fixed a couple hours after I called which was amazing considering the extremely cold temperatures we’ve been having and, the fact that I have two very young children. I was concerned about my house getting too cold but, it was not a problem thanks to this company. The pricing was reasonable and communication was clear from the start. Cory Basco came in for an estimate for HVAC replacement. He was VERY knowledgeable. Very nice person, explained so well in layman's terms. Made great recommendations/suggestions. House is all electric, asking gas company to extend line to house and then convert HVAC to gas. Will definitely give them my project once gas line is set up. Thank you Cory!!!
Just ordered a new humidifier from Bay Heating and Air Conditioning, and even before installation I wanted to share a quick note of appreciation. Chris was very open and honest in regard to what would work best for us and what we were wanting to accomplish. He was personable, and took the time we needed to understand our options.
My service person Carl arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job evaluating and repairing my furnace issues. I think the price was very reasonable as well. I would 100% recommend and would also utilize Bay furnace for any future needs.
