House wasn’t holding the set temperature. After doing all the user level checks, I called Bay. Jason was friendly and efficient and was very thorough. Wasn’t pushy and gave me options to handle my situation. I was so impressed I bought the membership to give me some peace of mind that this is one house item I don’t have to worry too much about. Great job, Bay!

The team quickly diagnosed issues with a 23 year old furnace, which stopped heating late last week. Immediate help was given with sizing and selecting a replacement furnace. Space heaters were provided to get us through until installation day, and were more than sufficient. Their quick handling of the situation meant that a quick decision on a new unit that was right for this house (and the budget) could be made.
