My service person Carl arrived on time and did an excellent and thorough job evaluating and repairing my furnace issues. I think the price was very reasonable as well. I would 100% recommend and would also utilize Bay furnace for any future needs.
Cory Basco came in for an estimate for HVAC replacement. He was VERY knowledgeable. Very nice person, explained so well in layman's terms. Made great recommendations/suggestions. House is all electric, asking gas company to extend line to house and then convert HVAC to gas. Will definitely give them my project once gas line is set up. Thank you Cory!!!

Dritan returned my emergency call on a Sunday morning and despite the Jan 25th snow storm and freezing temperatures, he arrived within 30min. Dritan replaced a part on our 1924 boiler system, restoring our heat. He answered our questions thoroughly and monitored for safety, assuring that the new part synced safely before leaving. Kim from the main office, followed-up with us the next day. These workers are helpful and responsive. We will continue to use this company.
My furnace was acting up and blowing cold air. It was midnight and we had a big snowstorm. I got onto Bay Heating’s website and booked an appointment for the next day to get it fixed. My wife and I were worried but we were happy it was so easy to get an appointment so soon. Jason Jurgensen was the technician who came out to service my furnace.
