Carl did a great job. He was willing to wait until I was available to meet him, which I appreciated. He was polite and took time to explain the potential problem and remedies. He also shared information on how our system works as we just purchased the house and were not familiar with all the features. Got the unit up and running.
Carl did great. Communicated everything I needed to know and got the A/C up and running the same day. Got the discount from the warranty plan too! Bay also acknowledged that the mechanical issue should have been caught at the recent inspection so they waived the show up fee without being asked. Thank you for doing the right thing!
Logan (the service technician) was a wonderful and polite guy who did his work quickly and well. Gave me great advice on upkeep and was nice to my cat, what more can you ask for?
Tani was fantastic. He came over on a Saturday night and worked for almost two hours. He discovered and fixed the issue during a very hot period. He was also very friendly. Highly recommended.
