Just ordered a new humidifier from Bay Heating and Air Conditioning, and even before installation I wanted to share a quick note of appreciation. Their estimator, Chris Shumney, has been fantastic — knowledgeable, practical, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to work with a company that has been around this long and still prides itself on quality people and fair pricing. Had give me a second opinion on the problem I was having. He more or less verified what I was told so I felt better about the work that was going to be done. 2 opinions is better than one. Great guy too.
Jason is ultra personable, and ultra effective. He was also prepared, and my last two furnace repair jobs required a few days to fetch stuff. For example, he recommended that I get a new thermostat. I said fine, and expected for him to return tomorrow or the next day. But he had it in his truck. Way to go Jason. Way to go Bay Heating and Cooling! Well done all around. I’ve used Stack for years. I won’t be calling them again for furnace repair!
My home is five years old, and I figured it was time to get on a maintenance schedule for my furnace. I called Bay Heating & Cooling in Westlake, Ohio, and they walked me through their service plans and helped me pick the perfect one. They sent Logan out for my furnace tune-up, and he did an outstanding job. He explained everything he was doing, gave me maintenance tips, and even provided a furnace log to track filter changes.
