I would like to sincerely thank the reception team at Bay Healthcare for their outstanding professionalism and kindness. In particular, Rose was incredibly helpful, and the other receptionist working with her today (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name as she was busy assisting patients) was also fantastic. They work under a lot of pressure, and I witnessed how some people raise their voices out of frustration when they have to wait for the doctor. I am beyond disgusted by the behaviour of this dosctor. What my mother endured was blatant discrimination, and as a woman of faith, particularly a Muslim woman, it was impossible not to recognise the hate. She arrived on time and waited patiently, knowing delays happen. What became impossible to ignore was that the doctor repeatedly saw patients who arrived well after her. Incredibly poor. Doctor did not show up even the receptionist could not contact Dr An, phone was off and then sent everyone home. The doctor who was still there Dr Basta refused to see anyone else. Was considering filing a complaint but it's not worth my time.

Poor customer service on 11th of September on Thursday afternoon. I just called to make a booking and the receptionist was so rude. She’s not professional at all.
