I am beyond disgusted by the behaviour of this dosctor. What my mother endured was blatant discrimination, and as a woman of faith, particularly a Muslim woman, it was impossible not to recognise the hate. She arrived on time and waited patiently, knowing delays happen. What became impossible to ignore was that the doctor repeatedly saw patients who arrived well after her. Incredibly poor. Doctor did not show up even the receptionist could not contact Dr An, phone was off and then sent everyone home. The doctor who was still there Dr Basta refused to see anyone else. Was considering filing a complaint but it's not worth my time.

Poor customer service on 11th of September on Thursday afternoon. I just called to make a booking and the receptionist was so rude. She’s not professional at all.

Lack of professionalism amongst receptionists You are told they dont take appointments and asked to walk-in. When you go after taking day off at work, they will tell you Dr won’t take any patient without booking.Did my tests there, still waiting for my reports since 10days. Always told call tomorrow.I can’t even go to another GP as they are holding my reports. Very unethical practice.
