I had the best experience at Perfection Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the front desk girls were some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever talked to. I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff, it was a colombian girl i think her name was ‘Ana!. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very arrogant attitude while speaking to me. From the moment I walked in, she seemed annoyed and acted as if helping patients was a burden. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she spoke in a dismissive and disrespectful tone. This is the nicest med spa/ plastic surgery office facility I have seen in Miami. Everyone is so nice and considerate while also having amazing treatments and service! 10/10
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was very disappointing. The front desk staff was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional when speaking to patients. The way she talks to people is disrespectful and makes you feel like you are bothering her just by asking basic questions. To sum things up… I initially came here using Alpheon credit (total $3800) paid up front for multiple procedures (lip filler, cheek/chin/masseter Botox, full body laser) during their holiday special.
