I prepaid for multiple massage sessions and scheduled all of my appointments in advance. Unfortunately, my surgery was rescheduled, so I needed to change my appointment dates. I’ve called numerous times, left messages, and have been unable to reach anyone. No one answers the phone or returns my calls. As a paying customer, this level of communication is unacceptable. I had an excellent experience at Perfection Med Spa in Sunny Isles Beach. The staff were welcoming and professional and the spa was beautiful/ spotless. If you’re looking for a med spa that has professional, amazing customer service, and great results, I highly recommend Perfection. I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments!
