I had the best experience at Perfection Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the front desk girls were some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever talked to. I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff, it was a colombian girl i think her name was ‘Ana!. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had a very arrogant attitude while speaking to me. From the moment I walked in, she seemed annoyed and acted as if helping patients was a burden. This is the nicest med spa/ plastic surgery office facility I have seen in Miami. Everyone is so nice and considerate while also having amazing treatments and service! 10/10
