I rent here with my boyfriend. I never liked these apartments as they are very noisy and kind of trashy especially for how much they cost but he seems to like them so I moved in to save money for a house. However, I would never go out of my way to write a bad review based off this alone. But I cannot keep my mouth shut on an incident that occurred and my boyfriend is too nice to write a review about the situation. I feel that people deserve to be warned away though. This place was awesome! grounds are kept up and we had only one issue with a water break in the next door neighbors apartment causing mold in one area. This was promptly repaired and the mold removed. Carpet was cleaned. We rented for one year and had a clean positive exit as well.
The parking is first come first serve, so if I work till midnight I was lucky if I found a parking. Took for ever to come fix anything. If you break contract and you left everything in good standing they find other things to stay with your deposit.
Absolute worst renting experience ever. The unit itself was appealing to begin with however, 2 months in and the bugs came out and couldn't be gotten rid of, the paint (yes paint) started peeling off the tub in 2nd bath, trim falling off the walls. Before the hurricane, we had some flooding. It took months after the hurricane to start maintenance on that. The hot tub never, ever worked and the GATED community gate worked for the first month, off and on for 2nd month and after the hurricane it was just given up on I'm sure. M... read more
