Bay Fed has always been reasonable and fair with us. They have our Checking, Savings, and Mortgage. My only issue is with the ATM in Freedom. It will not process multiple checks for deposit. I have to do them 1 at a time, PITB.
Seriously understaffed. Nice people but you cannot get anyone on the phone. I hope they return to the good service they used to have but having to always go in to an office is pretty unfortunate.
Elsa at the Santa Cruz location is the best employee ever, she is super nice and goes above and beyond to help you! Thank you Elsa so much!
