Since when have you been charging a “convenience fee” for online banking? That’s totally out of line and will cause me to close a 30 year old account unless it is cancelled!

I have had it with Bay Federal they turn off your card constantly for what they call suspicious activity and I'm over it. I can't do not even me count how many cards I have had since being with them for the past 15 years. Don't even get me started on their overdraft fees that they like to tac on one after the other adding up to several in 1 day, Even if money was pending to be put into the account the same day. Teller and branch manager at the Clares/Capitola Branch were uncooperative, obtuse and unwilling to hear a solution that would have kept a frail 88 yo with heart failure from needing to be exposed during a pandemic. Although they had a logical option that would have made it safer (and would have still been within their rules/regulations) they chose to be difficult. Wonder what they would do if their mother were treated that way?

Bay Federal Credit union is unethical bank.They asked allowance to give transfer permit after the assurance of final payment.They gave me false assurance and fake timeframe to receive payment .
The best customer service, I had my wallet stolen on vacation and they helped me cancel my visa and atm card while I was in South America.
