I've had the pleasure of being a patient for several years and Dr Strazzula is really great at his profession. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his questions and very personable. His staff is also friendly and attentive.

Dr Strazzula is an excellent Opthamologist. I trust him implicitly. However, after being a patient for close to 10 years, his front desk person remains rude and curt. There’s no need to treat patients that way.

BLUF: They have one great staff member and at least one who is opposite of helpful. In late Dec 2021, I called to try confirming whether they accept our new insurance. They told us to call our insurance to verify, so we did. I called back to make an appointment an hour later, where I kindly opened the call with saying, "I might have spoken to you an hour ago." The receptionist was very terse with me, as if I was a nuisance; she also made it clear it was Laura I spoke to and not her; good to know Laura is the courteous one. I... read more

I called to try confirming whether they accept our insurance. They told us to call our insurance to verify, so we did. Insurance was helpful, but informed us it was the provider's responsibility to verify we're covered by calling the provider line. I called back to make an appointment an hour later, where I kindly opened the call with saying, "I might have spoken to you an hour ago."
