Doug Jacobson at Bay Equity is the best mortgage broker we’ve ever worked with. He has closed three loans for us in the past three years and always finds us the best loan, is an excellent communicator and advisor along the way, and closes on time (or ahead of time). I look forward to working with Doug again on our next loan.
Doug made my first mortgage and purchase of a home seamless and efficient. He was always available when I needed him. I even had a family friend in the same field review my financial situation and he thought it was a good, fair deal, which made me feel confident in my option. Overall a painless experience, which I have heard is typically stressful and time-consuming. From what I know, Bay Equity is an off-shoot or is at least affiliated with RedFin. My realtor was a RedFin agent and I was referred through her.
I have worked with Doug for many years, both as a real estate agent and in my personal home purchases. Really great guy extremely knowledgeable about finance and him and his team know how to get things done.
