Peter Noerr is an excellent loan officer with great communication skills through the whole buying process and providing detailed timelines of the close process so that the buyer knows what the expectations are from beginning to end. The loan analysis worksheet was great giving you an estimate based on multiple scenarios for funding the loan. It is also an interactive tool that you can include your on what if's when things change as you go through the process. I recommend Peter Noerr if you are looking to purchase a home.
