This is a horrible company! Let me explain. I moved to Colorado Springs and decided to purchase a home using the VA home loan with no money down. Well this company decided they needed me to put down $1,500 which made no sense to me because it specifically says no money down. I was told this is earnest money to show good faith lol whatever.
