Outstanding service from Dr. Quang! I was told from another endodonist I would need a bone graph and they couldn’t save my tooth. I went to Dr. Quang for a second opinion and she saved my tooth! I am so grateful for her honesty and she was very kind during the entire process. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone with integrity and that is honest.
I was referred to Dr. Quang from my dentist for an emergency root canal. I was able to get in with her within a day of my call. My mouth had been in excruciating pain for a week and my tooth was extremely sensitive to touch & temperatures, so I was very nervous about the procedure. Didn't do anything with my pain. Wanted to send me to another clinic (+$$$). When I paid, I asked if this was the whole bill. Received an affirmative answer. Now I have received an additional invoice by mail)) for a service that was not provided!
This doctor is both insanely rude and racist. She Talked to me like I was a dog my entire visit and for some strange reason was growing more and more upset that I was asking questions about what my insurance would cover. Not to mention she refused to let me use the bathroom, snatched registration forms out of my hand, and gave me zero insight on how to treat my post-op pain. I’d would advise any person of color to seek treatment elsewhere. What an awful experience.
