Been going to Jacki for 3 years now. She is the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Electrolysis is a longer (and cheaper) process than laser, but the results in my opinion are alot more effective. Just be patient!

Don’t go here if you expect a professional or caring experience. The electrolysis lady here is honestly one of the most rude, snarky, freaky people I’ve ever met. If you don’t show up for an appointment, expect a passive aggressive text from someone who is supposedly a trained doctor (despite keeping dogs in her surgery rooms without notifying the patient). I have been going to Bay electrolysis for a few months and only stopped going because I left Maryland. From the moment I walked in, I knew I would be comfortable. She is patient, thorough and answers any questions you have. She is also very affordable compared to other companies! I am very happy that I decided to go with Bay electrolysis. I think you will be very pleased with the results like I am! Overall, very happy with my decision! You won’t regret it.

Jackie is the nicest, most professional person I've had the pleasure of meeting in this area. I've been coming here for the past two years and have never had a poor experience. The office is extremely clean, and all necessary precautions are taken to ensure safety during the pandemic. I can't recommend this place enough!
