Really Frustrating friendly an nice
I have been a member of Bay East Association of Realtors since 2001. The association has never been customer focused. I feel that they favor some members over others and not all members are treated with equal attention. They are especially poor at handling member disputes and are not fair in their handling of disputes. Their MLS service team is non-responsive to member issues regarding MLS access.
