Great care with knowledgable team. From the front desk to Dr. S. We are always happy with the care we recieve for our pet.
I have a rather large mixed breed, and he struggles mightily with his visits when it comes to his yearly vaccines. That being said I am astounded and overjoyed when I see the extra time and effort the technicians take to manage Tucker's anxiety. The friendly staff up front always remembers us on a first name basis further proving the quality of care and attention to detail. Every time we're at Bay East, the staff treats my dog as if he's the greatest dog in the world (which he is). ;) But I imagine they're this loving to every patient on four legs.
Our little Yorkshire Terrier, Daisy, always receives excellent care from Dr. Kirsten Zellmer and the team at Bay East Animal Hospital. Whether a routine visit or situation requiring treatment, they keep us well informed and always provide great customer service. Thank you so much for all that you do!
Top notch caring crew at Bay East. We've been coming here for almost 20 years through 3 dogs and 1 cat, and no matter which doctor we've seen, they remember us, our pets, and our history like we were family. Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate. I would neither go to nor recommend any other clinic in the area!
They really do care about their patients and their owners. They listen to what you have to say. Best place that I have ever been. Love it!
The staff is so wonderful. Very caring and helpful expecially during difficult decisions. I highly recommend them.
