I spoke with George and sent my Humminbird Solix to him for some networking issues. It was an intermittent issue and I was worried about whether he would be able to replicate it. He found the issue very quickly, told me what it would need to fix it and got it done and on its way back to me fast. I have no doubt it will be good to go once I receive it. I cannot say enough good things about George's friendly and competent service.
George and the lady at the counter gave me excellent service. This is my fourth time I’ve been there and each time received friendly and excellent service.
My humminbird helix 12 wouldn't power up,sent to Bay Distributors for service,it's get fixed and shipping back just one week with really good price! The technician mark down all issues on the unit and details for service been done! Great experience!
