I am from Michigan and had no idea about Florida “love bugs.” My car was a mess, dead bugs everywhere. I thought my car was a lost cause. I looked up “hand wash car wash” and Bay Detailing was the first that came up. I called ahead and the man who answered was so kind and helpful. He said to come in and he would be upfront (honest about if he could get the bugs off and if he could salvage my paint on my car), so I did. It was my first, unscheduled, visit. I did not know what to espect. The gentlemen did a really good work on washing and detailing the vehicule from the outside in. They took the time to wash everything and it was really appreciated. I recommend this place.
They did a great hob removing dog hair from my white German Shepard. They are responsible priced and thorough. Highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed! My truck is too big for a drive-thru car wash, so I drove specifically to this one to be hand washed. We arrived at 9:20 and the hours say they are open at 9:00. I called the number and let them know we were in the parking lot but no one was present. The man said they didn’t open for another 20 minutes. What a waste of time !
They wanted $35 to wipe down my seats! Just smoke, no conditioner. A bit high!
