The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The person who “waited” on me was extremely rude and seemed like she wasn’t expecting a customer to come in and take up her time 🙄 I left a single item for a verbal appraisal and when she told me it would be a week I asked if it was safe to leave it that long. I was VERY pleased with my choice to go into Bay Design. I had a piece from my Grandmother that needed some work and I was more than pleased with the final product. The owner was knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. I was greeted and dealt with in a warm and professional manner, and my piece was received back at the time promised. I can not recommend this business enough! I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
