We had an inspection and needed to repair the siding/flashing around the chimney and needed the work to be completed within a few weeks’ time. I had called around and was unable to obtain a quote or an expected date of service. Bay was able to come out within two days, he gave me a quote and then fixed the issue immediately after I gave him the go ahead. The two men were extremely professional and courteous. I will certainly use them again in the future! Highly recommend!

There’s many companies out there and Bay Custom Roofing stepped out ahead of the rest. They provided references, they follow up on their contract and covered everything promised without adding any additional cost. My roof took a bit more work than they first thought but covered it as promised. No one else would provide that guarantee. I’m proud to show off my Bay Custom Roof and so would you.

For the bid, thoroughly inspected the roof and attic, took pictures to help us see the rotted wood and leaking areas. Crew did a good job cleaning up each night, took a few days longer than they planned due to snow. Very friendly crew to myself and my family. I definitely will recommend this crew to others looking to get their roof replaced.
