I had the best experience with Bay Custom Marine! Everyone involved in this company was responsive, polite, and more than skilled. They did a major overhaul on my 25 Carolina classic and I could not be more impressed. 10/10 recommend them for all of your fiberglass or paint needs.
Great experience all around, good communication and very professional. The quality of work was spectacular.
Took a small fiberglass hatch cover in to see if they could make me another one. Figured a custom fiberglass shop would be able to knock it out easy. Turns out, without hesitation I was told they don't do that kind of work and I'd have to find someone who does fiberglass work. I asked if they knew anywhere that could help and they clearly did not nor did they act like they needed any business from me. I was able to get my hatch made by a fab shop in Yorktown that does marine metal work.
Im not one to normally write a bad review but after dealing with the staff in the location, hopefully the owner will see this. Stopped by with a badly damaged hood from a blow out, originally thinking the custom in there name would be able to but something back together, but was met with a no instantly. Said we would need to source another hood in order to make the repair, we found one that would be able to be a parts donor.
