This place is absolutely awesome! This was my first time here and on a kayak. It's really a little slice of heaven. We were visiting our son and his family (our daughter-in-law just happens to be a paddle board yoga instructor extraordinaire at this location.) She showed us the magic of "the secret wilderness." We're definitely coming back!
I came to BayCreek for the first time a couple days ago to buy my first paddle board. Everyone was knowledgeable and patient, and I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything. The crew took their time and let me demo a couple boards, discussing every interest I had and explaining everything I needed to know to pick the right board for me, even though they seemed busy and had a lot going on. I was very disappointed with the service. The location was good but they did not disclose their policy on charging an hour's worth each time you leave the dock. Even if there's thunder and they let you "continue your hour." The worker (and manager) was extremely rude, but the owner was nice enough to compensate. You're better off spending your money somewhere else.

We sell good times and if you didn't have a good time, there is no charge.We offered to refund your money on the spot, but you opted to receive complimentary passes for 5 free one hour rentals. The offer to happily refund your money still stands and you are welcome to keep the free passes.
Had my first paddle board yoga class with Lynn who is a fantastic instructor! I am an avid yogi and wanted to step up my game. It was so much fun and challenging!! I will definitely be back to master my headstand Namaste!
It really is Rochester's secret wilderness. And they're ideally situated to take advantage of the creek and the bay for a wide variety of paddlers and craft from fishing kayaks to canoes to stand up paddle boards and surf skis.
My second home and family ... Great place to learn, play and find a new hobby/ sport to get into... I proposed to my lady here ... Go check it out
