The Bay Crawl Space team did a phenomenal job! My crawlspace was in desperate need of work. I had water standing and years of water damage. Bay repaired my crawlspace, installed sump pumps, lighting, new crawlspace opening and vapor barrier. They also performed top notch electrical work. A lot of hard work from a great team of guys! Thank you Ben, Cedrick, Mikkel, Malik, Ashan, Dalton and Vinny! I can’t wait for it to rain now!
Crawl space inspection. Preston our inspector did a very thorough inspection documented everything and provided photos of what he saw. I’ve had an encapsulation done in another home and was familiar with the process. Most importantly he inspired confidence in Bay Crawl Space & Foundation. I’m looking forward to the completed project and posting another five star review. Update: a big shout out to the entire crew. Tim and his guys did a great job removing all of the old insulation. Naz came in and applied the Bora treatment a... read more
The entire team was fantastic! Ben Benard was thorough and accurate with the process, expectations, and pricing. Josh, Devon, Naz are truly hard working and full of good energy! Jeff and Rio were informative and did not talk down to me about the electric installation. Christa and Samantha were very kind and helpful no matter how many times I called and with every concern they were diligent. Thank you all for fixing my home!
Highly recommend Bay Crawl Space Foundation Repair!!!! The team did such an amazing job with our crawl space encapsulation. My house has been having moisture issues and after receiving multiple quotes I'm super happy and pleased with my decision of choosing the Bay company they made this whole process quick and easy! I would like to thank Chris W., Trixton, Khalil, James D., and Darrick for the encapsulation and Jeff and Jouseth from the electrical team!! Thank you!!!
UPDATE 2 The guys came out and did the structural repairs. Travis, Jordan, Josh M, and Justin did the work. They replaced beams and sistered joists, added 4 crawlspace supports, installed vapor barrier, set the dehumidifier, covered the vents and put in new doors. They came when the said they would and got the work done in the time they stated. Bay is first class professional. The guys were all polite, shook my hand and looked me in the eye. Scottie came out to talk about the need for the additional supports, which he didn't... read more
