It seems as though it took an act of Congress to move in here! Great job, no background, good credit! The building *superintendent* Maria, is not friendly at all! The HOA asked for a background check which was fine but she needed much more! Everyone in the building is Hispanic which is cool but the Maria made us feel very unwelcomed. Because there is no background and we had the , it made us feel like she was a little prejudiced towards us as African Americans.
