The lady at the front desk was so rude!!! I have no idea why. She was just hateful for no reason. She should be fired.
The older lady at the front desk is extremely rude. I don’t know if it was how I looked but she was nice to the people behind me and rude to me. I really don’t understand but I do know she should not be the person greeting people when they first come in.
Barbara was incredibly patient with me and is a gem of a person. It’s not always a fun time to going to the DMV but Barbara made it easy and she was 10/10 with people skills and her job.
After getting the run around by the receptionist at the 11th street office (today at 2 pm), we came to this office for a simple update to our mailing address. Note: We are not changing residences, just need the mailing address to match the physical address rather than the now defunct post offices boxes Bay Point has used for many years. The beach branch understood fully what we needed, saw the correct address on our DLs, and was quickly able to handle the issue. Every time I come here I always get assistance with a person that has nothing but attitude , I came in today to put my name on my title and I handed this women my information and she just tossed the paper back at me like it was a piece of garbage and says she can’t help me I will not be coming to this office anymore this place is a -0/10
