Every time I come here I always get assistance with a person that has nothing but attitude , I came in today to put my name on my title and I handed this women my information and she just tossed the paper back at me like it was a piece of garbage and says she can’t help me I will not be coming to this office anymore this place is a -0/10
I wish I recalled the lady’s name that returned my phone call. She was EXTREMELY rude and gave me an attitude. My drivers license is lost/stollen and I saw that I could replace it online, so I did. I didn’t get a temp drivers license so I called to ask if that’s something I could pick up or get emailed to me. She got an attitude and said that because I did it online they can’t give me one. Bay County Tax Collector off of Hutchinson is amazing! Jonathan provided me with excellent information that was needed for my Real ID! The entire staff is very patient and understanding with taking care of customers in a timely manner! Thank you Jonathan, for the excellent customer service!
Rude. They called up 5 people that came in after us. I finally had to go to the counter to ask what the issue was and then I was called next. Was there over an hour. Horrible customer service. Hope never have to go back.
