This is the most miserable people I’ve ever met. The guy upfront when you walk in is awful and so rude. He speaks to you like you are an idiot and got forbid you ask a question.
They treated me fairly after Cindy and the director Lisa and Deputy sergeant priest at Panama City license office attempt to provoke, set me up and then arrest me
Appointments and sign in a mess... Some sort of dude up front tries to coordinate the incoming patrons but the system needs vast changes. If you arrive on time you still can sign in for a scheduled appointment till 10 min prior...then your appointment is late because its not managed well. However Barabra was fantastic and professional
