Carpet installation itself was done very well and we are pleased with the update to our den. What really impressed me was that they owned up to the issue and took care of it. I have electric baseboard heaters and the installer damaged the heater during the installation. Not only did they cover the replacement heater, they also took care of the installation and it is working great.
