Hurt and embarrassed. I've listened to Deanns cuarums about her dislike for the new dentist and staff also how no one recognized her 10 years of dedication to that office when it occurred in October. On my visit this time I've never been more disrespected. I was there for a cleaning, when I declined a root canal for a tooth that's not giving me any problems. She stopped the cleaning and said "YOU ARE NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR US" and walked me to the door!! Stopped mid procedure and told me to go to the dentist down the street!!... read more
Bay Area Cosmetic Dentistry made me feel like I was home right away with the friendly front desk and scheduling staff . Brenda did an amazing job cleaning my teeth as well as making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her passion shines through her work and you could easily tell that you’re not a number or a nuisance , you’re a valued patient . Thank you Brenda and the wonderful staff at the front desk and Dr. Soto for making me feel at home ! Happy to refer anyone here ! You won’t regret it !
