RecommendedThe owner/broker is knowledgeable and friendly. They are privately owned, not a giant corporation. You don't feel like you are just another number with Bay Coast Realty. Definitly recommend listing or buying a home with them.
I just want to say how happy we are with Pat. She has been an absolute doll to myself and my family. We have rented the same beautiful house for 4 years now and it has been immaculate every time we come. If there was an issue, they gave it their prompt attention. She has been awesome in helping us secure our reservation each year. The rest of the staff at Bay Coast have been so kind and helpful as well. I would recommend going thru them in a heartbeat. We are looking forward to next summer already.
I will never rent from them again! It was there job to manage the house my family rented and it was pathetic. House was disgusting! There was mold in the fridge, hair in the tub, dirt and food residue on every cabinet, counter, and table. Contacted bay coast EIGHT times while there and never once was anything corrected! Had to buy cleaning products and spend the day cleaning so that the house could be sanitary for my family. The neighbors say the house is never maintained by Bay Coast either! Just so disappointed!
There's not a better agent U have a house thats needs to be sold I suggest u see the only agent I deal with
