Our family of four has always enjoyed Bay Club! There are so many different things to do and the amenities are wonderful. When my kids were younger, we loved movie nights at the pool and now that they’re older, we enjoy rock climbing and fitness classes as a family.
bad experience with several employees here. will not be be coming back for that reason. Unfortunate
terrible experience closing my account when I moved. Was continuously charged for several months. Had to fight with them even though I explicitly cancelled my membership and had the confirmation email. Ultimately Amex had to step in to get my money back. Unfortunate experience. Several of the employees were less than helpful. will not be coming back
I was looking for the club that is not using chlorine to treat the water in the pool. When I called, they claimed that they are treating the pool water with UV light. When I came to check, I smelled a strong chlorine odor in the pool area. After taking a water sample, I tested the chlorine level with the pool test. Excessive chlorine levels were detected. At this point, I cannot recommend this pool. Otherwise, it's a very nice club with professional and friendly staff.
