The club has poor policies for junior members. The club's official policy is to charge entry fee for parents to enter even for accompanying children inside facilities. I was asked to pay a $30 fee for this pleasure once which, when the then GM intervened was clarified to state that 'it wouldn't apply in future'. A new GM arrived and the policy of asking 'accompaniment fee' was revived. I had enough of this - so relinquished membership.
Recommendeda great club and great people
This Bay Club has a weird freaky energy... people come here to work out their cells phones not their bodies... way too much cell phone usage. Even with the renovation this is my least favorite Bay Club... hard to get motivated here when the members here plant themselves on the equipment to play with their cell phones!
Poorly managed club. Facilities are under construction and are not being maintained. Class selection is limited to less mills and dance.
Wish the staff would answer phones and help members
Ask trainers to not wear strong perfume :( Gives me a headache!

Don’t join Bay Club in Redondo Beach or El Segundo!!!! My sisters purse was stolen out of a locked locker on June 22. Two other female members had their purses stolen as well. The Redondo Beach Police were called. The culprits were caught on camera charging gift cards at CVS in Hermosa using the stolen credit cards. The Bay Club front desk staff recognized the culprits seen running from their parking lot shortly after I checked in to swim.
