I've lived here since Nov and have enjoyed living here ever since! The location to the CCAD is really nice. You don't have to mess with all the traffic going into town!
I rented an apartment for 1 year but was not told the correct info about the different deposits that they offer. They said I had good credit and would be able to just pay a $75 insurance deposit (non-refundable). They had explained to me that if I owed anything when I left, this insurance would kick in.
