I hired Bay Cleaning Service to do a deep clean at our home. I was very clear in what we wanted cleaned. They were very nice during our entire discussion about what we wanted cleaned. We informed them that we wanted a deep clean and specifically, our kitchen. Our house is 2500 sq ft and they only sent one person to clean, which was fine by me as we trusted them. I have used Lorrany's services both for cleaning my office monthly and to do a deep cleaning when I moved out of my home. She is a pleasure to work with and always does an amazing job without using any harsh chemicals.

Lorrany and her team did an awesome job cleaning our apartment, it looked amazing after they were done. She was really flexible on scheduling, which was nice, although she did require an in-person visit to give me a price quote on the cleaning. I plan to use her again and would recommend her to others.
