they were called to winch vehicle out of ditch. Hooked to steering and destroyed rack and pinion . Refused to listen to owner when told there's only one place to hook up in front. Whwn speaking to dispatch they said no record of that tow call. Then when asked for their insurance information dispatch got nasty telling me that I have to call my insurance company. Still not resolved nor do they say they winched my vehicle
Do not use this service for towing. I was essentially harassed over the phone because I did not answer my phone while I was at work and the driver could not find the location of the car. My insurance company had booked the tow, not me, and I should not have been screamed at and disrespected in this way. I am new to Mobile and this has made me feel very not welcome here. My RV needed paint & body work as well as some mechanical repairs.We were traveling through and I took it to Bay City on the recommendation of the local RV diesel engine dealership. David and his crew did a wonderful job. The body work looks as good as new. The mechanical repairs were done well. I asked for an received some advice on other operations and they were exrtremely helpful. Above all, everyone I spoke with there were helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Bay City.
Recently contacted our insurance company to have Bay City tow one of our vehicles to Grand Bay to be repaired. The people who are going to do the repair called me a couple of hours later and told me the Towing Company had left the Drivers' window down and the key was left in the 'on' position... Result Battery dead, and rain has ruined the drivers seat.
