The old saying, "if it sounds too good the be true, it most likely is." Frank is a real smooth talker and will make you ALL kinds of promises... Promises, (IMHO) he NEVER intends to keep! I contacted Frank about a vehicle BCM had listed for sale. Frank answered my call and I asked about the car. Don't waste your time buying a car from here. I purchased a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta on August 30th. Worst decision ever. The owner, Frank does not stand by his cars, selling them in poor condition. He is unprofessional and rude. I have reviewed Bay City Motors on as many sites as I can find. I don't wish anyone else to have to go through what I did. I spoke with the owner, and he told me that I was not his priority, and I should find another place to get my car worked on. He basically told me to shove off. I have never before dealt with a place like this. After talking to others, I later found out that a number of people who bought their cars there have had many issues with their cars that they bought from him.
What a great bunch of guys at BAY CITY MOTORS! I searched Craigs List for three days for a car and nothing but junk! I went to BAY CITY MOTORS and they hooked me up with a really nice ride,and I Didn't even have to haggle with them.They have some nice rides over there,and my oppinion,if you're in need of a nice car at a great price you need to visit BAY CITY MOTORS and check out there inventory!!! Have seen many cars sold with major defects come out of this place. Read the BBB reviews. I feel bad for the people that have gotten scamed by this place
