Bay City Fitness is a truly incredible fitness studio. I adore their HIIT/resistance-training classes. It's a shame I only found out about this place 2.5 years into my 3-plus-year sojourn into Tampa / St. Pete, as they immediately shot at or near the top of my list. Bryan Tavarez, the owner, personally greeted me with a genuinely warm welcome my first class. My husband and I recently started exercising at Bay City Fitness and we really enjoy it. Prior to starting these classes a few weeks ago, I hadn’t lifted weights in 5+ years but the transition back has been way easier than I would have otherwise anticipated. The workout is effective, the instructions are always very clear and the music and dim lighting makes for a fun & comfortable environment when you’re new. We’ll be back!!
Great gym, great trainers, clean/new space with unique workouts. I always feel challenged in a good way! Bryan is helpful with technique and pushes you to lift harder. I really enjoy this place! St. Pete needed it👏🏻
