Short story: Dentist told emotionally-impaired autistic child he'd be able to place a crown on a front tooth after a core and post was built on it. Later discovered after waiting 3 weeks for insurance that the dentist had no intentions of doing that and that the tooth would not be able to be saved... This office has a lack of empathy for handicapped children and the emotional trauma they cause by setting unrealistic expectations. If I could give 0 stars - I would. Bay City dental is the biggest joke ever I’ve never had somewhere so unprofessional I had an appointment set for 9 AM today to July 2 I got an email at 5 AM saying they rescheduled for 6:45 AM July 2 so I flew to town I sat there and waited till 8 o’clock finally people started arriving and I asked why they rescheduled my kids my appointment and I was told that they actually canceled them they said they tried calling and texting me I do not have any text or calls ignore no other emails besides the one about being there at 6:... read more

RecommendedCalled in as an unknown person at 8am with severe pain. At 10am I was walking out the door minus one tooth - as a new patient - with a follow up cleaning scheduled for next month. Fantastic staff and Dr. Kais was great, even showed me the tooth so I could see the damage. You kids rock!
Busy moms have a lot going on and when you need to reschedule appointments or have stuff come up, they are horrible. I never confirmed appointment and they confirmed them for me, without my consent. I’ve had great experiences with the dentists but the staff is horrible.
My son , who has fear of dentist and severe general anxiety disorder. went in for an over due cleaning and was verbally terrorized by the hygienist and dentist. Yes he needs fillings but they told him he would need dentures soon. NO WHERE TRUE. Found out his twin was also told this over and over. Never going there again.
