Just saw two vehicles ALMOST wreck at the hwy 35 and Nichols St. Intersection because some people of bay city don't know you're not supposed to stop at a blinking yellow. Everyone is treating it as a blinking red but a few understand you are supposed to keep going, therefore when someone on Nichols proceeds forward thinking everyone will stop and the person on hwy 35 continues through the light like they are supposed to and side swipes someone who's fault will it truly be?! Always listen and fallow up with what I have to discus with them.
When the police are called for noise or music at night, it seems they give it time to stop before they show up. I live at Tejas Cove and this is what the police always do, show up after the fact!
They fail to know the law and proceed to harass citizens who are engaged in a Constitutionally Protected activity. This attitude among cops that they have all authority over everyone every where at any time is BS. They need to lean the law and leave people who are NOT breaking any ...the hell alone.
