I pulled up the site to follow something on facebook this morning. And what did I see, but my Daddy's picture looking back at me with his other fellow officers gone before him. That made my day that they were still honoring Captain Lloyd Barr as he was my Hero and I know that so many of Bay City's population past and present still honor all his work inside and outside the Police Department. My only knowledge of the Bay City PD is they did not lower the American flag after the terrorist attacks in Chattanooga Tennessee that killed 4 Marines. This is a shame especially considering so many emergency service workers are veterans, and, if it weren't for Tennessee, Texas would be in Mexico. I messaged this FB site earlier this morning and got no response. I did get responses from the news paper and Houston News stations.
Officer Perez and the bay city police department for helping us last night .
