To give some context, I’m a mom of three, ages 10, a 6 year old with special needs, and a 1 year old. I work full time and live in the East Bay, so my schedule is extremely busy. I was referred to Bay City Collision and told to ask for Joe. At first I was hesitant because driving to San Jose felt like it might be too much with everything I already have going on. I was recommend to this shop. Told this shop was good and honest. I learned the hard way. He work with me in the co-pay. But the work was no good. Joe lied to me about the bumper being new of which it wasn't. Went I called him on it. Told him the cap on the bumper kept falling off, they cut off the wire holding it. Then he told me it was reconditioned. Also painted my fender which the paint looks way off and has specks of lint on the paint. I called him on it. He hung up on me. I wouldn't recommend this shop.
My recent experience with them left me thoroughly impressed in every aspect. First and foremost, my paint job was impeccable. Moreover, I was particularly impressed with their part alignment.
