I couldn’t be happier with the work done on my home. The work has been spread out over two years and Bay Cities has worked with me on design and within my budget. So far we have remodeled two bathrooms, put down hardwood floors, seismic retrofit, a newly remodeled kitchen and now working on a new driveway and back yard space. Everyone who had worked on my home has been professional and respectful. Management is responsive to questions and concerns. They listened to what I wanted and made sure I knew the pros and cons.

I used Bay Cities Construction to repair my home after a flooding incident. They are local and I have used Bay Cities for a homeowners association project. I wasn't sure that they do a smaller project as mine. Alex, Casey, Dan, and Adrian have all been honest and responsive. Work was a bit delayed due to illness but I appreciated that no one was working in my home during the pandemic with any type of illness. All was completed to my satisfaction. Alex is very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and doubts. I needed to retrofit my building and they did an excellent job. The work was completed on time. I will highly recommend Baycities for your retrofitting needs.
