It’s upsetting because the doctor is great and the younger red head is always polite and professional but there is a lot of arguments that happen constantly when I come in. Extremely unprofessional the front desk personal focuses on arguing than dealing with me.
Dr. Hossain did not care about my pain! He told me that to stop the pain I should quit my job! So who’s going to pay my bills? Absolutely, ridiculous! Do not go here.
Dr is greaT. It’s the office staff that is less thaN what is expected from arguing with each other over lunch times to loosing my insurance card then finding it on the floor in another room
I have been going here for yrs and disagree with several reviews on here. The receptionist is amazing and I've rarely ever had to wait for more than 15 minutes I really like the Dr. as well!
The receptionist was easily distracted, got flustered with irrelevant paperwork and was coughing without a mask on. I get it, "COVID's over" but be respectful in a medical facility if you're sick... Side bar: if you are flustered with paperwork mismatching what you see on the computer, maybe update your files more frequently. On top of that, the nursing staff got my mother's name incorrect.
